Recruit And Onboard New Agents As Per Company Guidelines Train And Guide Agents About Company Products And Sales Process Ensure Agents Actively Sell Company Products In The Market Monitor Agent Performance And Motivate Them To Achieve Sales Targets Provide Regular Updates And Reports On Agent Performance And Sales Maintain Strong Relationships. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Target achievement, Presentation, Customer handling, CRM
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and persuasive

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
