Tele Sales Executive

White Group India Private Ltd is looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join its team in Madhu Vihar, Delhi. 12 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

What the job involves

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Marketing, Real Estate and Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
