Wide Motion Films is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Sola Road, Ahmedabad. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month. There are 2 open positions.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing, Record keeping, Basic accounting, MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude
