We Are Seeking A Motivated And Knowledgeable Business Loan Consultant To Assist Clients In Securing Appropriate Financing Solutions For Their Business Needs. The Ideal Candidate Will Guide Clients Through The Loan Application Process, Assess Financial Requirements, And Recommend Suitable Loan Products While Ensuring Compliance With Lending. Type : Sales, Outbound, Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound and Sales
