Willow Financial Services is looking for a Telecaller For Loan to join its team in Nirman Vihar, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Interview timings: 11:00 am - 4:00pm | Monday to Saturday
