Agency Development Manager

Willpower Consultants Private Limited wants to bring on an Agency Development Manager for its GT Road, Jalandhar team. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Local market knowledge, Negotiation, Target achievement, Customer handling
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and target-driven

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
