Business Development Manager

Willpower Consultants Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its team in Tonk Road, Jaipur. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 20 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
