• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Complaint handling, Hindi and English and Active listening
• Basic English

What the job involves

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
