Identify, Attract, And Hire Top Talent By Managing The Recruitment Process. Develop Job Descriptions, Screen Candidates, And Conduct Interviews. Collaborate With Teams To Meet Workforce Needs Efficiently.

Your responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.

What you get

You will be paid ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Recruitment, MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics
