We Are Hiring A Customer Relationship Executive (Cre) For Our Gurgaon Office. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Queries, Maintaining Client Relationships, Coordinating With Internal Teams, And Ensuring Timely Follow-Ups. Good Communication Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge, And Customer-Handling Experience Are Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Email | Basic Excel, MS Word, Record Management, Quotation Management

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Email, Ms Word, Quotation Management and Record Management
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
