What you will do

As a Collection Manager, your work will include:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Documentation, Compliance, Financial products and KYC
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹32,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
