Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond To Questions Through Phone, Email, Chat, Or Social Media Clearly And Professionally.Resolving Issues And Complaints: Identify Problems, Provide Appropriate Solutions, And Follow Up To Ensure Resolution.Providing Product/Service Information: Explain Features, Pricing, Policies, Procedures, And Troubleshooting. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi
• You are confident and target-driven
