Your responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.

What you get

Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Payroll, Screening, Recruitment, Labour law basics
