Join World Link Consultancy as a Telecaller in Sector-52, Chandigarh. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Active listening, Verbal communication and Typing speed
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are calm under pressure and patient

What you will do

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
