Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics. Languages : English, Hindi

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
