A Telecaller Acts As The Primary Voice Of A Company, Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Potential Clients To Sell Products/Services, Or Handling Inbound Calls To Address Inquiries And Provide Customer Support.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Hindi and English, CRM tools, Complaint handling, Verbal communication
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are patient and customer-first

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
