Plan, Design, And Oversee Construction Projects To Ensure Safety And Compliance With Standards. Collaborate With Architects, Contractors, And Clients To Meet Project Goals. Conduct Site Inspections To Monitor Progress And Resolve Technical Issues. Be Present At Site Everyday. Ensure Quality Of Mateiral And Workmanship For Luxury Villas. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Safety compliance, AutoCAD, Quantity estimation, Reading drawings
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A practical, responsible attitude

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will supervise site work as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and clients
• Prepare measurements, bills and progress reports
• Enforce safety rules and maintain site records
• Plan manpower, material and daily progress
