The Candidate Will Promote Our Smart Led Lights, Motion Sensor Lights, Architectural Lights, And Home Automation Products To Businesses, Electricians, And End Customers. Key Responsibilities. Make Outbound Calls To Potential Customers And Existing Leads. Follow Up On Inquiries From Website, Whatsapp, And Social Media. Convert Leads Into Confirmed Orders. Maintain Customer Database And Update Crm Records. Handle Basic Customer Queries And Objections Professionally. Achieve Monthly Sales Targets. Required Skills. Negotiation Ability, Basic Computer Knowledge, Ability To Handle Rejection And Objections Confidently. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Sales | Languages : English, Hindi

As a Tele Sales Executive, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
