Roles and responsibilities

As a Purchase & Bdm, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
