Sharing The Relevant Information On All Tickets In Order To Get Them Resolved. Taking Follow-Ups From Account Managers And Concerned Persons To Solve The Tickets. Answering Emails. Raising Claims For Wrong Returns. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Word, > 30 WPM Typing Speed
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• Someone organised and well spoken

What you will do

As a Back Office Executive, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
