Day-to-day work

As an Office Assistant, your work will include:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Email, Ms Power Point, Ms Word and Record Management
• Male Only
• Good English
