Make Outbound Calls To Promote And Sell Products Or Services. Address Customer Queries, Negotiate Deals, And Meet Sales Targets. Maintain Detailed Call Records And Follow Up With Leads Effectively. Handle Front Office Duties. Type : Sales, Outbound, Domestic | Marketing | Languages : Punjabi, Hindi, English

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What you will do

• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Marketing, Outbound, Punjabi, Sales
• Female Only
• Good English
