The Telesales Executive Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales Of Fmcg Products Through Outbound And Inbound Calls. Key Duties Include Contacting Existing And Prospective Customers, Presenting Product Offerings, Achieving Assigned Sales Targets, Maintaining Accurate Records, And Building Long-Term Customer Relationships. Skills and qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Your responsibilities

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
