Responsibilities:Vendor Communication And Coordination Vendor Assessment And Performance Follow-Up Getting Quotations From Vendors As Per Requirements Searching And Developing New Vendors Visiting Vendors And Getting Updates On Ongoing Manufacturing Progress Tracking Outsourced Jobs And Ensuring Timely Delivery Required Knowledge Of Purchase Order. Basic Excel, MS Word, Record Management, Quotation Management, Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices, Procurement | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
