Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Basic English
