Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Documentation, KYC, Customer acquisition
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and ethical

Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Retention Associate, your work will include:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
