We Are Looking For A Crm Executive To Manage Customer Queries, Resolve Complaints, Maintain Customer Relationships, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. The Role Involves Handling Calls, Tracking Issues, Maintaining Customer Records, Coordinating With Internal Teams, And Providing Timely Solutions To Improve Customer Experience And Service Quality. Languages : Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Salary

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
