We Are Looking For A Responsible And Detail-Oriented Back Office Staff To Handle Job Orders,Prepare Quotation, Prepare Order Confirmations (Oc), Coordinate With The Production Department, And Manage Confirmation And Communication With Customers/Parties. The Role Ensures Smooth Backend Operations And Proper Documentation. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Advanced Excel, Internet Surfing, Record Management | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Roles and responsibilities

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
