Test Software And Applications To Identify Bugs And Ensure Functionality. Develop Test Cases, Document Results, And Collaborate With Developers For Fixes. Maintain Quality Standards Throughout The Development Lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
