Job Summar:The Customer Support Executive Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Queries, Resolving Issues, And Ensuring Excellent Customer Satisfaction Through Calls, Chats, Emails, Or In-Person Interaction. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, your work will include:

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
