Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Basic accounting, Record keeping and Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
