We Are Looking For A Collection Telecaller Responsible For Contacting Customers With Overdue Payments, Negotiating Repayment Plans, And Ensuring Timely Recovery Of Dues While Strictly Following Regulatory And Compliance Guidelines.

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Target achievement, Local market knowledge, CRM, Customer handling
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
