• Good knowledge of CRM, Lead generation, Presentation and Negotiation
• Basic English

Compensation

Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager (Bdm), your work will include:

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
