Key responsibilities

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
