Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

You will be paid ₹11,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
