Zain Traders & Co is hiring a Billing Executive in Goregaon West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month. The team is filling 10 vacancies.

Employer’s description

Responsible For Printing Daily Invoices And Maintaining Accurate Billing Records. Coordinate With Suppliers For Order Confirmations, Updates, And Issue Resolution. Ensure Timely Communication, Track Deliveries, And Support Smooth Day-To-Day Operations With Attention To Detail And Organisation.

Key responsibilities

• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• You'll process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: TDS, GST, Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivable
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are confidential and numerate

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
