Key Responsibilities Manage Day-To-Day Store Operations And Ensure Smooth Functioning. Drive Sales And Achieve Store Revenue Targets.Lead, Train And Motivate The Store Team. Manage Inventory, Stock Replenishment And Stock Accuracy. Control Stock Loss And Maintain Operational Standards.Prepare Daily Sales And Store Performance Reports. Candidate Requirements 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Store Management. Experience In Specialty Retail, Lifestyle, Jewellery, Handicrafts, Home Dcor, Fmcg Or Similar Retail Will Be Preferred. Strong Skills In Sales, Team Handling And Inventory Management. Good Communication And Customer-Handling Skills. Candidates From Hosur Or Nearby Locations Are Preferred. Compensation

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
