What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Outbound and Telugu
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English, Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada
• Type: Outbound
• Someone patient and customer-first

Day-to-day work

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
