Handle Basic Office Work And Support Daily Operations. Maintain Customer Data And Files Properly .Make Simple Phone Calls To Customers For Information Or Follow-Up. Help In Filling Forms And Checking Documents. Update Details In Computer / Excel / Software Coordinate With Field Staff And Manager. Help In Preparing Simple Reports And Office Records Maintain Discipline And Cleanliness In Work. Basic Excel, Internet Surfing | Skills Needed : Computer, Email

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
