Handle Official Calls And Emails, Maintain Data Records, Greet Visitors And Arrange Requirements, Manage Medicine Sample Stock, Scan And File Production Documents, Support Basic Hr And Engagement Activities, Maintain Courier Records, Handle Amazon/Flipkart Orders And Packing, And Perform Other Assigned Office Duties. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Record keeping, MS Office, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
