Your responsibilities

• Improve processes and document standard procedures
• Prepare MIS reports and track key metrics
• Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
• Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs.
• Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
• You'll handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹33,000 per month.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Team handling, Process management, MS Excel, Vendor coordination
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are problem solver and dependable
