Key responsibilities

• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Communication, Guest service, Billing / POS, Food & beverage service
