The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Payroll Coordination, Compliance, Performance Management, Office Administration, Vendor Management, And Ensuring Smooth Day-To-Day.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Labour law basics, MS Excel, Payroll, HRMS
• Female Only
