Job Title: Assistant Manager Hr, Administration Mgt Role: Ensure Discipline, Smooth Daily Operations, People Management, Admin Control, And Facility Readiness In The Electronics Production Unit. Maintain Discipline, Attendance, Punctuality, Shift Adherence. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: HRMS, Labour law basics, MS Excel, Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and confidential

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
