Tele Sales For Banking Products Like Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, Car Refinancing, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Etc.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Verbal communication, Typing speed, Complaint handling, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone calm under pressure and polite
