What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Hindi and English, CRM tools and Complaint handling
