We Are Looking For An Experienced Recovery & Collection Executive Who Has Hands-On Experience In Handling Overdue Payment Recovery, Nap Cases And Write-Off Cases.Handle Nap (Non-Performing/Non-Accrual) Cases.Handle And Follow Up On Write-Off Cases.Handle Loan/Emi Overdue Collection And Recovery Cases. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi
• Someone persuasive and trustworthy

Your responsibilities

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.

What you get

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
