Hiring Tele Sales Executive For Auction Real Estate. Role Includes Calling Leads, Explaining Auction Properties, Asking Qualifying Questions, Answering Queries, Sharing Details On Whatsapp, Regular Follow-Ups, And Scheduling Site Visits For Interested Buyers. Good Communication Skills Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Real Estate
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• A polite, patient attitude

Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
