Completing Deals With Clients. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing speed, Complaint handling, CRM tools, Active listening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone customer-first and polite

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
