Trading In The Offline Market (Buying & Selling Of Unlisted, Delisted, And Unquoted Shares) Generating New Clients From The Provided Inbuilt Data. Convincing Customers With Ongoing Offline Market Rates As Per Company Requirements. Quoting The Best Rates To Clients And Negotiating Rates With Them. Completing Deals With Clients.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: CRM tools, Verbal communication, Active listening, Typing speed
• Basic English

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
